Our library prepares students to be thoughtful seekers of information. Here students discover their own personal reading interests while also developing literacy, library, and inquiry skills. In our media center, we encourage and celebrate curiosity. In our library, students learn to navigate a variety of reference sources to answer their own questions. We nurture students’ creativity, problem-solving is paramount, communication lines are open, and collaboration is a daily occurrence.
Teachers also find support in the library. Instructional resources are always available, and project collaboration between our librarian and our instructional staff is ongoing.
